Jessica
Co-Chairperson
Hi! I’m Jessica, I’m a masters’ student studying French, and I’m co-chairperson. I did my undergrad in Film Studies at UBC, and this will be my fifth year in FilmSoc. I like watching movies, making short films, and teaching/taking dance classes, and I’m really looking forward to meeting all our new members this year!​

Hi, Im Andres I'm going to be organising and co-running the workshops this year. A few things about me, I’m from Albania, Spain, and Chile. So if you know spanish or Albanian feel free to talk to me in that language! In a 4th year in Political Science with a minor in Creative Writing. My favourite movie is La Haine and my least favourite movie is the Assassin's Creed one (bleh).

Hey everyone! My name is Wes and I’m a third year English major with a minor in Film Studies. My favourite film of all time is The Social Network! I’m a big fan of the Oscars, love trying to stay up to date with as many new releases as possible, making lists at the end of each year, as well as stalking all my friends on Letterboxd. Hi everyone! I'm Fernando. I'm a first year MA Student in Cinema and Media Studies.
